The client for this presentation pioneered a set of best practices and software solutions to help dealerships increase their profitability. This particular deck was intended to help create a sense of urgency in the audience around the idea that increasingly complex systems are creating increasing inefficiency — and that inefficiency will ultimately be terminable to their business as profit margins decrease on new car sales. The solution presented by the client, was to unify backend software that car dealerships use, consoldating the amount of hours and expenses required by employees.
This presentation was built primarily in Adobe Illustrator and then pushed to PowerPoint. I worked as the lead designer on this presentation.
