This infographic newsletter was sent out to owners and operators of BP branded gas stations to inform them that their site inspection protocols would be changing soon. All branded gas stations have annual inspections to make sure they adhere to the brands visual and customer experience standards. This graphic was intended to highlight the disparity that the brand discovered between their stations adherence to brand standards (which was very high) and their customer satisfaction levels (which were shockingly low). The newsletter playfully helped station operators understand that the inspections would need to change in order to focus on customer satisfaction.
